Quotes, Deadlines & Delivery

A written quotation will be sent via email, based upon details supplied by the client. This is not currently subject to VAT.

A client signature is required on the quotation before work will commence, confirming acceptance of the amount and payment terms.  If the client changes requirements, we reserve the right to amend the original quotation, following consultation and agreement with the client.

Quotes are based on consistently good quality audio, and we reserve the right to amend our quotation if audio quality is deemed to be insufficient.

Deadlines for return of transcript(s) will be agreed with the client at the time of receipt of audio by Premier Typing.  These are subject to revision if there are any problems with audio. Transcripts will be delivered by unsecured email attachment by default.  The client should specify if anything different is required.

Invoices & Payment

Invoices will be submitted via email on receipt of audio recordings.  Every invoice will contain details of payment terms.

We reserve the right to claim statutory interest on any overdue debts.

Payment via bank transfer is preferred, although payments via PayPal are also accepted.  UK cheques are also accepted, but note that if such are refused and returned by the bank, the client will be responsible for all resultant bank charges.


Whilst all our transcripts are high-quality (assuming reasonable quality audio is supplied) and are proof-read by us,  the client is responsible for final proofreading of all transcripts. We accept no liability for loss/damage arising from inaccuracies/errors in transcripts.

Premier Typing Transcription Services is not liable for any loss/damage whatsoever arising through use of its services (applying to all damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of data, income/profit), and we assume no liability for anything lost/damaged if sent to us or returned by us via post/courier.

Being a home office, we do not permit personal visits by clients due to safety and insurance reasons.

Privacy and Data Protection Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We would never sell your contact details, and we would not pass these on to third parties without your prior consent. We are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement drawn up by the client if required.  We are registered with the Data Protection Commissioner.


Cookies may be used to track website performance; however no personal details are taken or stored.
